12 sheets lasagne
500 grams mince meat
1 aubergine
4 canned tomatoes
2 carrots
3 onions
2 bay leafs
4-5 cloves garlic
a tea spoon of oregano
black pepper
Instructions part 1
1.) Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a low heat and fry the onions until get golden color.
2.) Add the mince meat ( beef, pork cook until the liquid from the meat has been absorbed.
3.) Add carrots, aubergine and garlic. Cook five more minutes.
4.) Add salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano bay leaf and canned tomatoes.
( if you like you can add some red wine as well) Cook for approximately 1 hour.
